The Best FREE Workouts On YouTube



My newest venture is discovering ways to workout with YouTube and how effective it can be. I've only just started so I can't illustrate significant weight loss or muscle growth, but I can give you an insight to my favourite workouts. I'm at home 90% of the time, having a 1 year old and finding the time to go to the Gym is virtually impossible for me. So I have been putting off losing all the weight I've put on over the last 3 years with the old excuse of "not having time", but now there is NO excuse. Youtube has exploded over the last year or so, and it is ever growing with thousands of fresh videos being posted every single day and they are certainly not short of fitness videos. From Brazilian Booty Shake workouts to Pilates For Beginners there is something for everyone. By far my favourite fitness YouTuber is KEAIRA LASHAE, she's relatable and it feels like you're actually working out right next to her. Today I'm bringing you my top picks of all the FREE, EFFECTIVE workouts that I love - enjoy!
